The CCIE Collaboration certification identifies expert skills in unified communications, video and telecom and it is suitable for Collaboration Architects, Unified Communications Architects, or Voice and Video Network Managers who are responsible for the design, implementation, and troubleshooting of complex collaboration solutions.
This expert-level certification replaced the CCIE Voice in February 2014, and ensures that you gain knowledge and the challenges of video, mobility, and presence as the foundation for workplace collaboration solutions. The candidate will be prepared to deploy collaboration systems and services that increase user productivity and improve the customers experience.

Getting a job is much like building a computer. To get it to work you need the right components: CPU, motherboard, RAM, HDD, graphics card, sound card, case, PSU, input devices, etc. If a major component like the CPU is missing then the computer is not going to work. It is the same with a job interview: the only difference is while most IT professionals know the right components to make a computer work, they do not always know which components are needed to ensure their success in landing a job.
