This course is all about development so an in-depth knowledge of at least one programming language will be essential.

Alternatively if you are knowledgeable in or are already working with core AWS services and public cloud implementation, then your will have a suitable foundation to be successful on this course.


We strongly believe in classroom delivery and would present the course over 4 days, by a leading AWS certified instructor.

The training is from 9.30 to 5.30 everyday, and you will be provided with course ware and labs to enable to you to practice during and after the course, until you are ready to complete you exam.


The AWS Certified Developer – Associate exam is 80 minutes long, and made up of multiple-choice and multiple-answer questions.

Set up the AWS SDK and developer credentials for Java, C#/.NET, Python, and JavaScript

Interact with AWS services and develop solutions by using the AWS SDK

Use AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM) for service authentication

Use Amazon Simple Storage Service (Amazon S3) and Amazon DynamoDB as data stores

Integrate applications and data by using AWS Lambda, Amazon API Gateway, Amazon Simple Queue Service (Amazon SQS), Amazon Simple Notification Service (Amazon SNS), and AWS Step Functions

Day 3

Use Web Identity Framework and Amazon Cognito for user authentication

Use Amazon ElastiCache to improve application scalability

Day 4

Use containers in the development process

Leverage the CI/CD pipeline to deploy applications on AWS
