What we do
At 360 GSP, we have been training individuals in a wide range of digital skills for over 15 years.
We offer a series of Job Packages, designed to provide candidates with the knowledge and hands-on experience employers are seeking.
Candidates validate their new skills through our own internal tests and by obtaining industry-recognised qualifications.
When they are ready, we get their career off to the best possible start by placing them in a role that matches their abilities and ambitions.
And that’s where you come in.
We are always looking for new businesses open to taking on our enthusiastic, self-motivated and fully-qualified candidates for work experience placements or full-time roles.
How it works
Signing up as an employer comes at no added cost to your business.
An initial consultation will give us a good understanding of your staffing needs.
We will then be able to provide you with a selection of CVs, already vetted to match your role requirements.
We also host quarterly Meet an Employer recruitment campaigns, where you will have the opportunity to meet our candidates face-to-face and find out who could be a good fit for your business.
If you decide to invite a candidate for a formal interview, we can facilitate the whole process for you.
You are of course not obligated to offer anyone a role in your company. There is no commitment on your part.
We understand how important it is to hire the right person, both in terms of their technical ability and personality.
However, we are confident that there will always be individuals in our pool of candidates who are ready and able to add real value to your business.
Our Digital Marketing Job Package includes the most up to date Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing. This is obtained through the Digital Marketing Institute once they pass their final exam.
This is only half of the training they receive, as we have integrated a full programme of industry skills to enable them to hit the ground running once they start that new role. They will have hands-on experience in building their own website, using Adobe programmes and creating paid advertising campaigns on Facebook.
Finding technically competent 1st line IT support staff has always been difficult, especially with the consistently evolving technologies. Our IT Support Package includes the new Microsoft Role-based Certifications, Modern Desktop & Microsoft 365, as well as core foundation skills with Windows Server 2012, to ensure candidates are rounded for the current working environment.
They will qualify in Microsoft Certified Fundamentals, with the option of working towards other Certifications in the future.
